STORAGE POLICY & TERMS
Storage Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Hartford Fair Board from any claim, demand, suit, loss, cost of expense, or any damage which may be asserted, claimed or recovered against or from the Hartford Fair Board by reason of any damage to property, personal injury or bodily injury, sustained by any person whomsoever and which damage, injury or death arises out of or is incident to or is in any way connected with my use of the storage area, & regardless whole or part by negligence of the Hartford Fair Board or third parties, or by the agents, employees or factors of any of them. Portable propane tanks must be removed, and it is recommended that any items of value also be removed before storing.
