General Gate Admission:

(Does not include rides) – Cash only accepted at the gates. ATM located at the Grandstand and inside Merchant’s Building.

  • Gate Admission: $8.00
  • Senior Citizen’s Day: $3.00
  • Veteran’s Day: $3.00
  • Children 7 & under:  FREE

Season Tickets:

Weekly Pass:  $45.00

You must be 21 years of age and live in Licking County or one of the following townships in:

  • Delaware County: Harlem-Trenton-Porter-Berkshire
  • Knox County: Centerburg-Milford-Hilliard-Miller
  • Delaware County: Harlem-Trenton-Porter-Berkshire
  • Knox County: Milford-Hilliard-Miller

Membership ticket is only available at the Hartford Fair office 9am – 4pm weekdays.


Grandstand and bleacher seats are FREE. There is no reserved seating, and blankets DO NOT save your seat.


  • No Charge for General Parking
  • Preferred parking permit; $20.00
    • Located behind the swine complex. Permit is good for one week.
  • Shuttle Train Operates Daily


  • Gate admission does not include amusement rides or games.
  • Rides operate 12 noon to 5pm, reopen 6pm to 11pm, weather permitting.
  • A wrist band may be purchased to ride continuously.

  • Electric Lots: $300.00
  • Non-Electric Lots: $250.00
  • Concession Camping: $250.00

All lots are rented prior to fair week. To obtain a camping lot enter the Hartford Fair Camping Lottery, please fill out a Lottery Application and follow instructions on the form!

NON fair week camping (per day): $30.00
