Making an entry is simple. After the Department document has loaded, find the Class/Lot that you wish to make an entry in and click on the class number. This will start the entry process. Start by entering your quantity.

Once you have entered your quantity, you will be shown your Fair Entry Sheet with all your entries summarized. From the Summary sheet, you will be able to return to the same department or come back to this user guide page to select a new department.

When you have made all your entries, simply click on the Complete Order button to begin the final process of paying for your entries. You can make multiple entries prior to clicking the "Complete Order" button. To make multiple entries on one order, simply return to the department or this Table Of Contents page and continue adding entries.

If you have cookies enabled, we will save your unprocessed entries, in case you get disconnected or want to continue some other time. We prefer that you finish prior to the entry deadline!

Our payment page is secured using industrial strength SSL encryption. Your credit card details are not stored on a web server for additional safety precautions. Your credit card payment will be processed while you are online. Once an approval is obtained, you will receive an email confirming your entries and payment.
